Silver Maple Veterinary Clinic is a family-run business with a special interest in creating meaningful connections with our patients, clients, and community. Our entire clinic was newly expanded and renovated in 2019.
We are seeking a sixth veterinarian to excel at our clinic, which has achieved outstanding growth since its establishment in 1988. We offer professional collaboration with an overarching goal to teach and guide. Innovation is our mantra; we incorporate breed specific health care, nutrition consultations, and genetic testing, among other services, into our wellness programs. Our clinic is well-equipped with ultrasound, endoscope, digital radiograph, laser therapy, orthopedic, dental, and standard equipment. Our complete in house lab makes diagnostic evaluations easier. We continue to expand all our capabilities with advanced continuing education, and we encourage our associates to do the same. We offering training and guidance by some of the best technicians in the industry, with a precise and organized training program to produce confident and exemplary staff members. Candidates must be willing to perform and get confident with routine surgeries.
Scheduling for candidates is flexible; our associate vets usually work four days a week in order to allow for a normal life outside of work. Veterinarians joining our staff can look forward to generous continuing education opportunities, comprehensive insurance coverage, moving fees coverage, and a signing bonus. As an additional benefit, the particularly motivated candidate also has the opportunity to buy into this very profitable business.
Our practice is located in the beautiful, historic college town of Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Residents and visitors alike enjoy cultural activities, outdoor events, and idyllic rural property, which is perfect for keeping horses and pets or raising a family. We are also situated between two large cities, providing the benefits of both rural and city living. New York City is only an hour and a half away and Philadelphia is also within commuting distance. In Kutztown, you’ll have access to great restaurants and shopping, while your cost of living is minimal compared to other counties in Southeast PA.
